Likely the star of Monaco, Kylian Mbappe, will also set up a season in France, while Hazard was viewed as an alternative to Perez.
Belgu is a longtime fan of Coach Zinedine Zidane, and with Perez they want to bring him to Madrid.
But By Diario Sport, Ramos has told Perez that they do not need immediate transfer.
With Iscon in shape and Marco Asensio who broke out, Ramos told Perez that Hazard's arrival would cause trouble in the dressing rooms.
The same problems that happened with James Rodriguez who is now at Bayern Munich.
