Ramiz Kelmendi reveals Uke Rugova's shocking crimes affecting Teuta Rugova's (Video) vote

LAA MP Ramiz Kelmendi has revealed important details for the first time to the public regarding President Rugova's son Uke Rugova, who he says has misused his business documentation “Elkos Group” to draw visas from the Italian Embassy.

All this event, which has become known to Kelmend just a few days ago, when EULEX has knocked on Elkos' door seeking clarification, according to him is also linked to the vote of MP Teuta Rugova (Uka's sister) pro-PAN, writes Periscopi.

At RTV InfoBox Dukagjini, Kelmendi has said Uke Rugova has forged the seals, signatures and documentation of his business, presenting them as Elkos' employees to whom he has sold Italian visas.

While, he says his sister Teuta Rugova has fallen prey to this.

“Teuta Rugova has fallen prey to blackmail and conditioning of her brother, Uka. Uka has done anti-legal actions, even using the documentation of my company as reliable for obtaining visas at the Italian Embassy. All the documents, the stamps have forged Elco's... and EULEX, when there's a procedure, has come to our firm's premises and I've been informed of all the details he's misappropriated and tarnished my company to achieve my goals”, Kelmendi said.

Rugova's move, he has said, has damaged his business and that Teuta Rugova is trying to save her brother from legal prosecution because he is blackmailed by PAN.

“Elcos has used all false seals, signatures and appointments and various decisions of the Jury Department, signed Uke Rugova and presented them to the embassy as workers of Elkos Group. And they have received visas on behalf of Elkos' associates, going on official trips. And now when I've seen it, a Uke Rugova who has done this illegal act and stands in the restaurant with a political entity who's been called to fight crime and corruption... and that was the condition Teuta Rugova was supposed to submit to a dictatorship to save his brother from legal prosecution”, Kelmendi said.

Rugova has been using this way for several years to secure Italian visas for hundreds of people, Kelmendi continues.

“has been with hundreds of counterfeit workers for several years. He faked the seal, it's very simple and handed it over to the embassy... We were then sanctioned by the embassy extremely much because all legal workers were then unable to obtain visas because of the falsification”, he stressed, writes Periscope.

For the whole event, Kelmendi only learned a few days ago from the ELKO management, after EULEX went to him. ELCOS in the offices to request clarifications.
