Until October 22nd local elections will be held, it is still not known whether Ramadan Muja will again be a candidate PDK for chairman of Prizren. He is now in the third term in this municipality.

But for as many years as there is a mandate at the helm of local power in Prizren, Ramadan Muja has given 29 promises -- of which only 14 have been completed -- broadcast Periscopi.

These data, released in a detailed report by the GAP Institute, aimed at monitoring promises fulfilled by mayors, writes Periscope.

In this way, statistics on the thick line for Ramadan Muja are these:

He has promised a total of 29 capital points for the city of Prizren. Of them, 14 promises have been concluded, 5 out of 29 promises have been fulfilled and five are half fulfilled.

Six of them started this year to come true. 4 out of 29 of Ramadan Muja's promises have never begun to come true.

Some of Muja's promises, on the subject of education, are, for example, the inauguration of professional school in Prizren on March 13th 2017. Even in infrastructure, Muja has fulfilled some promises. The muja has also reached double the budget of road regulation, as well as a promise it has fulfilled overall is the release of tax-making businesses.

Muja has also been able to realise the construction of at least two family centres in Prizren, thus fulfilling overall such a promise.

Some of the projects Muja is stuck with are employment issues as well as other capital projects. The Prizren municipality has no record of how many people have been employed during the rule of Ramadan Muja. Only 52 civilians are employed as employees, but for more, no data.

A project which is the promise of Ramadan Muja but is still born in the phase of failure to start work, is also the lift from the Prizren League to the fortress. This is a project that's in the preparation phase.

The muja has failed to keep promises regarding even investments in industry development.

GAP has monitored the implementation of projects in Prizren municipality in these sectors: Education, infrastructure, Public Policy, Health, Public Services, Social Services, Sports and Economic Development.

As explained in GAP's own announcement, coverage of these sectors is made based on candidate promises in the recent campaign for local elections. /Periscope.
