Analysts see an unpredictable flow in the Kosovo Assembly until there are even minutes left before the Assembly Constituent séance begins, where mayor and vice-presidents are expected to be voted.
Analyst Ramush Tahiri says it is difficult to ascertain what will happen after PAN says he has numbers but there's nothing concrete about it.
“in the created atmosphere we have statements that no candidate I will vote If it's Kadri Wessel. Despite the PAN having the right to proposal by 120 deputies, anyone can propose it. But the right of MPs is to vote or not. First the president is voted and vice-presidents” voted, Tahiri said in RTK, broadcast Periscopi.
Analyst Armendi Muja, says the Constitution does not presuppose what happens if the election of the chief parliament fails.
I don't think anybody knows 100 percent if they're going to PAN numbers. If the coalition PAN manages to get the necessary votes, and the same will be in government mandate. Our constitution doesn't see what happens unless the chief parliament can vote. So our constitution doesn't necessarily have anything in this respect”, Muja said./Periscopi/
