Breathing plays a big role in human well - being, especially when it comes to intimate relations between partners. If you know how to coordinate your breathing properly, you can enjoy sex and enjoy your intimate report.

During sex, and especially during sex with your new partner, you may be concerned or frustrated. You can hold your breath by thinking about thousands of things at the same time, instead of focusing on one. Breathing controlled and conscious greatly relaxes your body. You're aware of what's going on in front of you and sex is more than satisfying. You get better, don't worry about the past or the future, just enjoy the moment.

You know the sentence “breathe through pain”, so why don't you say “breathe through pleasure” as well. This does not mean you lie down like a sea star, but you are able to participate dynamicly during the act. So taking control of your hands is the right way to get there.

An Exercise for Every Time and Everywhere
Do it for: 1 minute, at least 3 times a day
Breathe from below to the top of your head, and then pull it out in the opposite direction, from the top of your head to the bottom. Follow your breath as you go through this journey. If certain areas feel tense, continued breathing can calm them down.
Tip: Associate in breathing, perhaps green, it may remind you to bring your awareness of respiration.
An Exercise for Stressful Situations
Do it for: 5 minutes after you wake up or go to sleep, or even as necessary.
If you find yourself in a tense situation, focus on your sense of breath. For example, while breathing with your nose, your breath is cooler, and while you take your breath out of your nose, it is warmer. Think of cold breaths as a mild wind and hot breath as a pressure that you are driving out of your body. So you will begin to learn special tension points in your body, and your body begins to relax.
Tip: Suppose you're going through a really stressful situation and you're looking forward to someone to answer you, in this case it's good to know your feelings like the nervousness that comes through your foot movements, your pressure on your neck, your forehead, and that's good to manage these feelings and to relieve your stress.

During sex, take a conscious breath by letting your partner know, and follow him in the same way. If any of you don't breathe properly or keep breathing, then be instigative by encouraging deeper breathing through eye contact, if necessary, so that your breathing begins to sync.
Tip: You don't mean to sit down and breathe with your partner. You will notice this feeling through control of your spirit and thus increase your sense of pleasure. If you're in a tense moment, just focus on your breathing and everything will be fine.
