The blast was recorded during the passage of a military vehicle to the Batman province, for which the attack became responsible for the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
Turkey's southeast remains under threat of almost daily violent acts since fighting between the PKK and Ankara resumed after the break in the summer of 2015 of a fragile ceasefire to end the conflict, where more than 40,000 people have registered since 1984.
