Avdullah Hoti has criticised the PAN coalition for continuing to postpone its constitutional session by buying out time.
He has said the coalition PAN tomorrow should be present in the hall and if they have the numbers, they can choose the Speaker of the Parliament.
He has said that if they don't have the numbers, then go out and show and not drag off forming institutions, writes Periscope.
