Hahn writes on Twitter that the objective of Western Balkan states should not be integration into the European Union, more than focusing on the economy and creating a common zone among Balkan states.
Hahn in his message states that integration is not an alternative to EU entry, but simply a useful element, while building a common economic zone among Western Balkan states would automatically boost the countries' economies, and lower unemployment, priorities, these, which, according to the Eurocommissioner, are key and the purpose of the table in Durres.
