He has been caught in the case of a raid the Federal Police have taken on the A7 highway in an Italian-registered vehicle, broadcasts albinfo.ch.
The driver of the car, Kosovo citizens, has been identified before police with regular documents. While the other three people in the car -- the third Kosovars -- had no permission to enter and stay in Germany.
Instead, police during car search have found an Italian ID, which resulted in counterfeiting. This document was confiscated by the police.
According to the statement of the persons mentioned, they were going to Belgium, to work. After the police measures were completed, the three Kosovars were forced to release German territory, or surrender, to Austrian authorities.
While their driver, who lives in Italy, was released from police only after he paid the 1200 euro deposit, designated by the public prosecution. This amount of money serves to ensure criminal procedure against this person, suspected as traffickers.
