Turkmenistan's president, Gurbulki Berdimuhamedov, has published a video in which he demonstrates his military skills.

The pistol and automatic rifles, throwing knives and exercise in the gym, are seen in the video, while since its arrival in power in 2006, it has been able to create an interesting image, it transmits Telegrafi.

Berdimuhamedov had proposed that the citizens of Turkmenistan be paid back with electricity, water and gas.

In this gas-rich former Soviet republic, which has 5.5 million inhabitants, citizens of this country enjoyed many benefits such as current, water and gas free of charge. In recent years, however, certain restrictions have been made.

Each resident has so far had the right to spend 35 kW electricity and 50 cubic metres of gas per month without money, as well as 250 liters of water per day. By 2014, car owners have been rewarded with 120 liters of free gas for a month.

This law has been in force since 1993 and was pre-foresold to be in effect over the next 10 years, but has continued until 2030.

This president believes that such a system is unstable, and that help in the future would have to be given only social cases.
