Extradition of “Bailist” in Serbia, Tirana forwards the file to Zagreb (Video)

In this decision, where Albania won three points at the table, the sports court has mentioned racist choirs, as well as the unprecedented physical violence that fans and stadium staff have exercised against Albanian national players and technical staff.
These details, along with the relevant round, are expected to become part of the resolution that Justice Minister Gazment Bardi will soon send his Croatian counterpart to convince the government in Zagreb not to allow Morina's extradition to Serbia, as the Dubrovnik Court has decided.
Under Croatian legislation, despite decisions made by the judiciary on such issues, which concern extraditions where there are claims of racist or ethnic persecution, is the Croatian government, which says the last word.
In addition to the justice ministry's resolution, Minister Bushati earlier stated that after the meeting the two prime ministers believed Morina would not be extradited, setting an example Italy's decision, which rejected his sending to Belgrade. Meanwhile, preliminary hearings are expected on August 11th at the Croatian Supreme Court on this very issue.
