DW: Thursday's meeting between Thaci and Vuciqi begins the new phase of Kosovo dialogue

Federika Moghrini, is convinced that by the end of 2019, Balkan countries will achieve concrete steps towards EU integration.

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq meet this Thursday in Brussels at the invitation of the European Union's top representative, Federica Moghrini.

The latter confirmed the meeting, aimed at continuing the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, started now nearly five years ago. “I think we can achieve the goal by the end of the European Commission's 2014 mandate in 2019 in seeking concrete and important steps for each of our Balkan partners on their path towards integration into the European Union.
