The hall is ready, as are the papers. This session, expected to begin at 10:00 today, will be led by the oldest and youngest deputy. That will be the privilege of Adem Mikulovci and Teuta Rugova.
27 years later, the renowned artist returns as lawmakers in the independent Kosovo Assembly to his 6th legislature.
Since he is the oldest MP of this legislature, he is allowed to have the honour of leading this office until the election of the president and vice president of this institution.
However, Miklovci will not be alone in running this séance.
He will be accompanied by the youngest MP, who was nearly born in the years when the actor once known as delegates fought for Albanian rights.
MP Teuta Rugova will have the honour of co-directing the session for the second time.
Even in 2014 she was the youngest MP.
Based on the Parliament's rule of work, the chairman of the constitutional meeting, after opening the session and presenting the agenda, calls on political parties to appoint him from a representative to the interim commission to verify quorum and mandates.
After reviewing the documentation, the commission presents the country's validation report to MPs and verify the quorum.
Then begins the MP's oath-in-law procedure to leave the selection procedure for the mayor and vice president.
The work of the heads of the Assembly session will end with the election of the chairman and vice-presidents.
After announcing the outcome of the vote, the leader invites the elected chairman and vice-presidents to take their seats. /rtk
