Close to twom euros lack the Central Election Commission (KQZ) for organising local elections, which will be held on 22 October this year, Koha Ditore writes today.
This was after the Kosovo government in the decision it made on May 15th had re-launched part of the municipal election budget for organising early parliamentary elections. Even though it had planned that these tools were compensated for the CEC during the budget revision.
However, this has not yet happened, the cause of non-founding institutions, following early elections on June 11th. In the absence of revision, the budget risks losing over 100m euros, endangering the means for local elections.
