According to a 2014 report by the Auditor's Office, Krasniqi, then serving as deputy minister at the Ministry of Infrastructure, had been illegally using the official vehicle for four months. He had kept the state car even after his term as deputy.
The official 3Z-09-08 plant in the past government mandate has been used by the deputy minister. This car was due to return to the ministry in the case of the end of the mandate in December 2014. According to the acting official at the ministry, the car was returned in April 2015,”, the audience report said.
Meanwhile, according to the same General Auditor report, Krasniqi had managed to spend more than three thousand and 700 euros, reports Insander.
“We have tested the bills for fuel and have identified that in the months of December 2014, January, February and March 2015, expenditures have taken place irregularly. The total supply value for this period is 3,745$”, further clarified in the audience report.
Krasniqi has managed to gain the confidence of the PDK branch in Kamenica to run for mayor of the Kamenica municipality, defeating the current mayor of this municipality of Begzad Sinani.
Begzad Sinani, as the candidate of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, had won two mandates to be mayor of the municipality of Kamenica.
