August 24th for Democratic Party of Kosovo member Ibrahim Gashi is the date when Kosovo institutions will also be formed.
In an interview for the Tribuna Channel, PAN says it was not the one who blocked the formation of domestic institutions, but, according to him, the Vetevendosje Movement, after the 2014 Constitutional Court ruling, PAN is right about her actions.
While, constant call of constitutional sessions without coalition arrangements PAN, for Gashi, has been a spectacle of opposition to blame the PAN.
As for rumours that PAN has threatened MPs in order to vote Kadri Wessel's election to the mayor, Gashi has an explanation.
