Barca makes another offer for Coutinho

Barcelona has launched an extraordinary new offer for Philippe Coutinho.

Barca is not giving up and wants to use the outgoing player's request to persuade Liverpool to give up on him.

Sky Sports writes that Barcelona has made nearly 150m euros for Liverpool, writes Telegrafi.

The payment will be split into two parts, to 40m euros that will be paid depending on the performance and achieved, and to another 101m euros immediately paid.

Coutinho and Demble are still speculating as possible crossings to Barcelona.
