Coffee makes breakfast much better! But is that cup of coffee we drink good or bad? Many research has been conducted about the negative and positive effects of drinking coffee. Then you have all your property beneath you, and you weigh [it] yourselves.

The best:

Antioxidants. Coffee is filled with antioxidants like chlorogenic acid and melanoidin. Antioxidants help prevent oxidification, the process that causes cell damage and contributes to aging. Baked coffee melanoids have antioxidants depending on how coffee is treated.

Parkinson's disease. Regular coffee consumption reduces the risk of Parkinson's disease. A number of studies have shown that people who smoke coffee regularly are far less likely to develop Parkinson's disease.

Diabetes. Coffee consumption is potentially proactive against developing Type 2. A timely perspective study as part of US Nurses Health Study has found that moderate consumption of decafended and caffeined coffee shops can reduce the risk of diabetes type 2 in young and middle-aged women.

Cerosa Melchis. Drinking coffee can protect you from Melcis dichos, especially from alcoholic cerosis.

The Alzheimer's disease. Regular coffee consumption seems to protect people against Alzheimer's disease. A recent study in mice shows that the equivalent coffee shop of five cups a day has reduced the construction of root plates in the brain.

 The Bad

Heart disease. The connection between coffee consumption and the risk of cardiovascular disease has been examined in many studies, but the results remain controversial. Most time perspective studies have not revealed that coffee consumption is linked to significant increased risk of cardiovascular disease

On the one hand, natural organic compounds that are in the undiversified coffee as cafestol and volole both seem to increase the risk of coronary heart disease. Several studies have confirmed its effect of cholesterol growth.

Coffee consumption is also linked to an increase in homocist plasma, one of the factors, the risk of coronary heart disease. On the other hand, a slight risk of heart disease among those who drink coffee to an average degree may be due to antioxidants found in coffee.

Besides the latter one said, caffeine can increase the risk of heart attack, especially in those people who carry the version of the <x0-> step-by-side” for enzymes that metabolize caffeine.

Colesterol.

Too much boiling coffee consumption raises LDL cholesterol levels. Unfiltered coffee contains two cafestol and veol mixtures that increase cholesterol.

Blood vessels. Coffee negatively affects tone and function of blood vessels (artural rigidity and reflections).

The heart rate barrier. Coffee can cause speedless beatings.

Blood pressure. Although coffee consumption is not an important factor in hypertension, it still produces adverse effects on blood pressure and people prone to hypertension can be more vulnerable. A recent Italian study has found that drinking coffee may increase the risk of developing high blood pressure.

Osteoporosis.

Drinking coffee can stimulate extra calcium urine extract. Overconsuming of coffee (4philogics = 600ml) can modestly raise the risk of Osteoporosis, especially for women who receive small amounts of calcium.

Sleep.

Most of us are aware of the stimulating effects of coffee. Large amounts of drunk caffeine before going to bed can cause discomfort and difficulty in sleep, tendency to wake up faster by minor noises and reducing the quality of sleep in general!

Dehydration. Coffee caffeine is middle diuretic and can freeze urine. This effect can easily be neutralized with drinking an extra glass of water along with coffee.

Dependence. Caffeine is drugs, a symulant of the central nervous system, and produces addiction. Caffeine retreat is a real syndrome. You may experience a few days of pain and frustration if you decide to stop drinking coffee. But breaking this habit is relatively easy and most people are not obsessed with coffee.
