On Wednesday, he resigned from this position and from the position of member of the U Executive Committee EFA and the one with immediate effect.
Willar offered his resignation to the president UEFA, Alexander Cefer, who accepted the letter, thanks him for years of contribution to European football.
The same letter was sent to FIFA, but Willar has received no response from the body.
The resignation comes after charges brought against Willar for corruption.
