The Vela Erza elected leader of the American Oda Women Leaderial Committee

The American Chamber of Economics Women's Committee in Kosovo selected Erza Velan as chairman of the Committee.

The committee aims to enable women leaders of members a country to address the specific issues they face, or exchange ideas and experiences, and to serve as champions of women's promotion of business commitments, which would help improve the business gender structure in Kosovo.

Vela is known as a potential for women's economic empowerment, with which she has also developed the platform for women's economic empowerment.
