The root has stressed that the second mandate is neither in Thaci's hand nor depends on his will.
He has even said the president risks his post unless he gives the VV the mandate to establish government.

When Hashim Thaci is talking about the mandater, he is not making him president, but as a worker PAN is not doing this by force of habit as a former leader The PDK, but completely ordered and driven by interests related to the PDK.
