Terrible: Teacher hits a student with shoes on her head (Video +16)

Teacher Marian Perez Valezquez had not hesitated to take his shoe off his leg and beat it on a student's head until others were terrified of the teacher's act, and they were secretly filming this event, broadcast the Telegraph.
