High temperatures burn vast forest areas

In the last 24 hours, there have been two forest fires in Debar and Vlora, with considerable damage.
In the village of Zogje, the Shupenza Administrative Unit, Debar, has been set on fire in an ahu forest area. Because of the difficulties of the terrain, the work of extinguishing the flames was followed all night by circumstantial means.
As a result of the fire, an area of about five dozen with ahu forest was burned.
Meanwhile, in the village of Zvrinec, the Administrative Center, Vlora, fire has fallen on a forest area of bushes and pines. As a result of the fire, an area of about two dozen with shrubs and pines burned, and an electric cabin near the fire suffered material damage.
Civil emergency reports that headquarters have been established in every Prefect and are ready to cope with any situation in the fires.
