They don't spend time feeling bad about themselves
The self-feeling “is self-destructive. This only wastes your time, creates negative emotions, and damages your relationships. The key is to look at the best in this world, and that's how you're going to begin to appreciate what you have”, writes Morin.
It's not about changing.
There are five stages of change, as Morin writes, and each of these stages is cruise. Changes can be frightening, but by leaving them you just stop your roasting as a person.
They don't focus on things they can't control
It's definitely a good feeling when you have everything under control, but the thought that we have the power to control everything can bring problems. By trying to control everything, you will surely turn to worry.
