Today the busy agenda and extended working hours are a problem for many people, but that doesn't mean that if you're busy you can't take care of your health and body.

In this article, we are offering you some advice on how to exercise and how to eat as healthy as possible and lose weight in spite of your work.

  1. Set gym times
Set the week days when you're going to the gym and try to stick to this graph. Set for the gym 2-3 days a week that are somewhat cheaper in terms of work, and you will see that if you truly commit yourself, you will succeed.
  2. Morning Run
A good alternative for those who work until late afternoon and have constant work dinners is the morning run. Of course, it will be difficult to get up early in the morning, but when this becomes routine, you will no longer suffer for time for physical activity.
  3. Check calories
Today there are many apps that make it extremely easy to control calories. Install one on your phone, and with every meal you consume, you can easily calculate the calories you consume. These apps also allow for the estimated calories spent on any physical activity you perform.
  4. Take your lunch with you
If you want to keep a certain diet or just eat healthy, you need to avoid consuming fast food in restaurants or fast food near your office. Therefore, household food carefully prepared by evening is an ideal solution to avoid increasing weight from casual super calories or fat.
  5. Maintain products for a healthy morning at work
If you don't have time to consume a healthy breakfast at home, you can consume it at work. Just take key ingredients to your office, such as cereals, seeds, etc., and every day before you go up to your office to buy just yogurt or fruit. That way you don't have to complain about time and constantly consume razors or morning cookies.
  6. Keep fruit on your desk
Leave a plate of fruit in front of your work table, and then whenever you feel hungry, you will consume fruits instead of fast, unhealthy foods.
  7. Select wine instead of beer when going out for dinner or party
Wine is healthier and less calories than beer, so it may be a much better option to control your weight.
