Ehat Miftaraj, from the Kosovo Institute for Justice, has said that since today the Special Court is ready to accept the prosecution's accusations.
Miftaraj approach told Klan Kosova that when the first arrests begin, there will be mobilisation of all Kosovo institutions and beyond.
According to him, the first arrests of the Special Court can occur before October 2017, broadcast the Klan Kosova.
” Special Court at the time the arrests begin, there will certainly be the mobilization of Eulex, the Kosovo Police, as a comprehensive co-operation of Kosovo institutions is required”.
The court is willing to accept the prosecution's charges from today. The first arrests could be presented before October of this year”.
