If you want to have a healthy life, then you must have a healthy sleep. Sleep is very important in resting the body and the brain as well as in gathering the energy needed for the next day.

Most return from work very tired while unable to sleep, while they think about the day before, but also about their expectations. One thought leads to another, and the cycle continues... No wonder many people suffer from insomnia!

British experts say the best time for sleep is two or three hours after dinner. When you finish your meal, try to relax and avoid thinking about commitment. Avoid serious conversation, even watching television. The only thing you need to focus on is relaxed so that you can get a deep sleep and wake up fresh and full of energy in the morning.

Instead, though, if you spend the night thinking about your obligations, at different parties, or worse - in front of your computer or TV - you will wake up in the morning, tired and in a bad mood.

Experts say quiet and deep sleep has people who work intensively during the day, while uncomfortable sleep has those who fail to perform all day-to-day obligations.

If you disrupt your biodiversity and do not get enough sleep, your body will weaken and you will be more prone to disease. So try to spend an hour to sleep during the day.
Because of sleep deprivation you may suffer from digestive problems, heart disease, nervous disorders, eye problems, blood pressure... sleep deprivation affects your creativity and mood.
