According to the political organisation called the Serbian Movement Dveri, Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has agreed at today's meeting with Kosovo President Hashim Thaci in Brussels, to recognise the state of Kosovo and that this recognition will be preceded by changes to Serbia's Constitution.
Dveri's statement continues, adding that the Serbian and Socialist Progressive Party are doing so as meeting the requirements that came from Brussels.
According to Dveri, Vuciq's own announcement of talks at the level of presidents shows that he considers Kosovo a state and that his successor in Serbia's government, Ana Brnabiq, will sign Kosovo's recognition state.
