The question is James Mitchell and Bruce Jessen. Together, they played an important role in CIA torture efforts after the 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks at the top of the programme, where they personally put prisoner Abu Zubaydah to water, to test the “der of the guineas”, which these would be used over the coming decades.

The company that founded it, which contracted it with the CIA for the expanded <x0 settings for “earned $81m, says the torture report coming up from the 2014 Senate, and the completion of this programme had left a “noll” on “values and the history” of the United States.

The devilish duo tried to close the indictment twice, but it failed, recently was the case when they failed to convince a federal judge in the state of Washington to drop their charges.
