According to a recent U.S. study, training with an empty stomach reportedly contributes to weight loss.
They suggest dietary counselors for those who want to have an extremely attractive but who cannot achieve it because they have difficulty losing weight.
It says that if you run for 30 minutes a day with an empty stomach, without breakfast or lunch, it is easier to burn calories even though it can be almost difficult to cope.
