A new study has revealed that millions of young mothers are losing in the vital support of breast - feeding.
breast - feeding helps reduce the risk of infant infections and protects against future harmful disorders, including diabetes and obesity.
Despite this, however, the United Kingdom has one of the world's lowest breast - feeding steps, with only one in 200 choosing to breastfeed their children after their first birthday.
A new study has now found that supporting breast - feeding for young mothers is missing in many parts of the country -- a lack of funding.
The study shows that 80 percent of mothers who forbid gender in the first few days do so without their desire, and women show how much they value support to continue in their relationship, says Aymee State Social Grant of Cardiff University for The Guardian. And it adds that finding strengthens the need for a change in attitude toward the breast - giving mother, transmits Periscope.
There needs to be a change in social values and attitudes toward breast - feeding.
Mothers still feel uncomfortable and ashamed while breastfeeding children in public places this is unacceptable and must change, Grant says. /Periscopi/
