In three schools that have been part of ORCA monitoring, emphasising lack of professors in lectures, exams and consultations have been found.
Aurela Kadriu, monitoring by ORCA during the monitoring at the philosophy faculty 31 professors monitored during consultations hours, 18 of them have been missing in all the consultations terms. “in 314 monitored speeches, 77 were not held at all. In 20 monitored exams, 1 was not held by five of them were held by assistants or non-ex1> professors, she said.
Debran Hoxha, monitor from ORCA at the Economic Faculty, said figures released from monitoring are disturbing, reports Online Economy.
<x) As for monitored speeches of 627, 77 of which were not held. At the economic faculty as irregularities, speeches are seen as being held by assistants and not by professors. Dardan Konjufca, ORCA monitor at the Jurydical faculty, said it was pre-empted to monitor 37 professors, but 15 of them were monitored, where 6 of them were missing all consultations. He announced that of the 236 lectures monitored 64 of them were not held at all.
