Procedures for Constitutive Assembly of the House

The CEC has certified on Saturday (July 8th) the results of early elections that were held on June 11th.

Under the Parliament's regulation, the constitutional collection of the Parliament's Parliament calls the president of the Republic of Kosovo within the 30-30) deadline from the day of the official election outcome.

Article 8 Preparation of Constituent Assembly of Parliament legislature

1. Preparations for the constitutional collection of the Parliament's legislature are the president's responsibility from the previous legislature.
2. The chairman and Headship, not less than five days before holding the Constitutional Assembly of the Parliamentary legislature, call joint meetings with party leaders, who have won seats in the Assembly, to prepare the agenda proposal for the constitutional collection of the Parliament's legislature, to assign MP seats, respectively, to the political forces in the hall, according to the political power they have, according to the number of MPs of each political force.
3. If two or more parliamentary groups have the same number of MPs, then their ranking is done by lots.
4. The legislature's constitutional collection order should include the formation of the interim Commission for verifying quorum, mandates, electing the mayor and five (5) deputy heads of the Parliament.

Article 9

Head of Constituent Assembly of the Parliament legislature

1. The workings of the constitution meeting of the Parliament's legislature, until the election of the Speaker and Deputy Speakers of the Parliament, lead the oldest deputy, assisted by the youngest deputy, according to his age.
2. If the MP, respectively, deputies from paragraph 1 of this article are missing from the constitutional meeting or refusing to lead the meeting, then engage MPs who, according to age, come right after them.

Article 10 Parliamentary Vow

1. After verifying warrants, MPs solemnly swear.

The text of the declaration is: “I, deputy of the Republic of Kosovo Parliament, swear that with honor and devotion I will carry out my duty and will dignifiedly represent the people, work in the interests of Kosovo and all its citizens, engage in the protection and respect of constitutionality and legitimacy, for the protection of Kosovo's territorial integrity and institutional integrity, for ensuring freedom and human rights, in line with the laws of the country and with European standards. ” I swear!

Five statements read the meeting chairman. The MPs swear, stating at the end of the statement, the word “Bethem!” Each MP signed the oath.

2. The MP, missing from the legislature's constitutional meeting, when the oath is made, makes the oath at the next meeting.
