The Ministry of Health is led by Imet Uniman. AKPPM's chief chief is Jeton Shala, elected in this post in September 2015 through a government decision, Mustafa.

Sultan Havol is the daughter of Ymer Havol. He's a business partner with Isa Mustaf in a direction BPr A L U.S.A. and Riinvestinvest Institute. Havolly is currently chairman of the Kosovo Trust Pension Savings Board.

Isa Mustafa had named Sokol Havollin, the son of Ymer Havol, and therefore Sultan Havol's brother.

The employment of Sultan Havol has been held through an open competition in April of this year for two jobs: senior official in the license department for marketing and senior license official.

In its first position, as a senior official in the license department for marketing, successful candidate has been elected Sultan Havolli.

“In the top review office at the Marketing Authorisation Department, has been chosen the most successful candidate, Sultan Havolli, as well as in the position of the High License Office, Spring Gjata”, says the Agency's response to KALLXO.com.

On a proposal for KALLXO.com, Sokol Havolli, chief of Prime Minister Isa Mustafa's cabinet, has said he has not intervened in the matter.

“Not in my sister's case, but in no other case I am involved in the employment issue”, Havol told KALLXO.com

“Go to AKPPM, take every application file that has been made, evaluate it, and if you eventually see it's not successful, then it's a question that you need to address, if you see that everything is okay, I'm hoping you have to neglect as subject”, Havoli added to KALLXO.com.

KA LLXO.com called from AKPPM on July 4th to have access to candidate files, but we haven't received answers even though it's been nearly three weeks.

The AKPPM's communications office has argued that the human resource manager is on break.

The Human Resources Manager, it's still summer break, and no one has the right to access the documents you ask for”, says the AKPPM answers.

KA LLXO.com has also contacted Sultan Havollin, who says he does not need the help of family members for employment, since he says he is sufficiently qualified for this position.

“From the three stated positions I have the right to as any professional to apply. When I consider my professional training, I consider that I do not need anyone to help me. I say this because I have school, professional training and experience more than enough”, Sultan Havol told KALLXO,com.

She says she's a Pharmacy Magician and has her postdiplomic end in the UK. “I'm specializing in the direction of research and control of drugs (special direction for AKPPM)”, she said.

Sultan Havolli says there are 10 years of professional work experience in municipal pharmacies, polylicinika and in teaching professional subjects of the Farmacia leadership.

And I have, in turn, never had or needed anyone's help, but my professionalism is defining my acceptance and my career, not just in this case, but also in the future. You can verify this by means of information that you can get even more detailed from the relevant” institution, Sultan Havolly said.

But, KALLXO.com has had it impossible to obtain the files of all candidates for the position in which Sultan Havolli was admitted to see if there were violations. KALLXO.com has been waiting for more than three weeks for AKPPM answers.

KA LLXO.com has tried to contact Shala, but the same has not responded to the calls. Even for him at the AKPPM have said he is on vacation.

The incumbent government led by Isa Mustafa has recently promoted Berat Havollin, who is the youngest son of Ymer Havolly, a business partner with Prime Minister Mustafa. Berat Havolly, with the government's decision, has been named Adviser of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo Constitution at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He was promoted to the finance ministry in June.
