Chief of Serbians Saeed Patwari reportedly allowed Mohammad Ashfhan to rape 17-year-old Omar Wadda's sister to retaliate for raping his sister, who was 13 years old, reported British medium “Metro”, broadcast Periscopi.
Such crimes, while being held in some rural parts of the Pakistani state, are common, but now the chief of elders Patwari has been arrested for inciting rape.
The human rights organisation has sought to prevent such village councils that promote crimes against women.
