A parent's gun accidentally injures a person admits guilt in court

Vesel Gashi, accused of grave bodily injuries to Nazmi Ternava and of illegal weapons of arms, pleaded guilty to these two criminal acts.

Gashi said that his guilty plea did it after sufficient consultation with his lawyer, even though he said he understood the nature and consequences of that accession.

The injured Ternava said he does not join the prosecution against Gashi, while when asked about the rich legal requirement, he said he is still being treated due to injuries.

Gashi is charged that on February 17th 2016 around 10:45 in the “Daja” located in Fushe-Kosovo by dangerous means of carelessness has caused serious bodily injury now to the injured, Nazmi Trnava.

According to the indictment, Gashi had taken the gun from his father while he was showing this gun to his two friends, had fired a missile from him.

The accidentally fired shell had then hit Nazim Ternava.

The “Plumb had caused the bleeding wound from the back through the womb and had ended under the right hand belt of the now damaged Ternava”, the indictment reported.

The accused Gashi will be confiscated, despite his father's permission for it. /Cashho. com/
