Former chairman, Kadri Wessel, is the favorite of PAN, but not of other parties that have won seats in the Assembly, so his choice may not be easy, KTV reports.
Unless they're publicly declaring they have their votes, The PAN is also considering other options for selecting the head parliament. One of the options is even the secret vote at the August 3rd session, though they have not publicly accepted it.
Such a vote is allowed by relying on the July 2014 constitutional act, but this could also fail.
If the PAN tried to do that, other parties say they would destroy the quorum by releasing the hall.
Glauk Konjufca says this is the form that PAN's easiest to buy MPs.
While Vjosa Osmani from LDK said none of the LA coalition deputies have any reason to hide the vote.
