Coalition Number Lack P DK-AAK-Nisma to create Government is delaying calling the Assembly Constituent session by President Hashim Thaci.
Even though they typically say they have reached individual agreements with certain Albanian parties, PAN officials have not indicated whether they have made at least 61 votes to vote on the government, Koha Ditore writes today.
According to them, this will only be witnessed on the day of the session.
So far there has also been a lack of actions by the Parliament's administration in preparing the plenary session, which is the responsibility of the recent legislature.
Ramush Haradinaj, nominated for prime minister, has not sufficed more than a week to find partners in co-governance. Following the refusal of the Vetevendosje Movement and the LDK-AKR-Alternative coalition, Haradinaj is seeking votes from individual deputies of these parties.
