The 31-year-old Italian has been with the Granata club since 2013, but was the second or deputy goalkeeper of Joe Hart last season.
Padelli and Interi are expected to be the second goalkeeper, as the gate will be trusted even this Slovenian season Samir Handanovic.
His contract was allowed to expire, and Padelli is now registered as an Inter player in the Italian Football Federation.
The former Padelli clubs include Samdorian, Crotonen, Liverpool, Pisan, Avelinon, Udinesen and Bar.
