The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec has filed charges against the two defendants for criminal acts of offering houses for prostitution.
According to the indictment, defendants A.H. and V.Z. From February 2017 to March 17, 2017, in interactions, as co-owners offer their villas in Pec, witness K.B. For prostitution's sake, so the latter, in the villas of the upperrs, engaged in sex with various customers who, besides paying for sexual services, also paid defendants for the exploitation of villas.
The prosecution claims the defendants with these actions, offering their villas to witness K.B. For prostitution, they have fulfilled the elements of criminal acts described as superior.
The prosecutor of the case in the case of the indictment has proposed to the court that the defendants plead guilty and punish them according to the law on criminal acts that are imposed on them.
