In recent years, various studies have shown about the many benefits of coffee. A recent study has revealed that morning coffee helps improve memory, relieve stress, and prevent one of the deadliest diseases, cancer.
During a recent study published in “Scientific Reports” was monitored, a receptor in the brain that begins to weaken over age and as stress levels increase. In time, our brain begins to increase the number of stress hormones. This process has a harmful effect on our memory. Scientific researchers from the French think tank “Inserm” promoted this aging process to rats.
They then gave them caffeine, which blocks and protects the receptor related to age and stress. At the end of the study, a stabilisation of the mindset of mice was observed. This experiment can be used for other mental - health studies.
Another study published by the International Cancer magazine showed that coffee consumption reduces the risk of developing brain cancer. The study examined the data of more than 100,000 people from the Japanese Public Health Center during 1990-2012. Scientific researchers released data on coffee consumption and green tea, and compared them to symptoms of brain tumor development. No connections were observed between green tea and brain tumors. And coffee had reduced the risk of developing brain tumors in the Japanese population.
