June 18, 1999, will never be forgotten by the citizens of Scytheright, especially for those in this region and closer to death than anything. He's got pictures from the day that freedom came to this city.

KLA soldiers in charge of the 112th Brigade commander, Jethullah Geci, appeared before citizens and showed that the city was liberated.
