Merkel, Putin, Macron, Poroshenko talk peace in Ukraine

The leaders of Germany, Russia, France and Ukraine, Angela Merkel, Vladimir Putin, Emmanuel Macron and Petro Porosenko, have been conducting phone conversations for the situation in Ukraine today and promised to continue with the implementation of the peace plan for eastern Ukraine.

As the AP reports, the four leaders promised to help implement the peace agreement, reached earlier in Minsk.

According to the UN, around 10,000 people have been killed in the Ukraine conflict since its beginning in 2014, Kosovo Press broadcasts.
