In the “Bleta” children have been educated in religious spirit since they were 3 years old. The photos and videos on Facebook feature children as they perform religious rituals.

The newspaper Life in Kosovo has found that only children of parents who agree to be educated in the Islamic spirit can register in this garden.

Meanwhile, today Macedonia's institutions have managed to find this improvised nest, which was camouflaged under the umbrella of a humanitarian society of Turkish descent.

The “in the Chiri municipality was found a private house adopted as a learning space with the necessary equipment for this purpose, where 20 children aged 6 to 11 were found and two teachers” have told Gazeta YNK, the spokeswoman for the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy in Macedonia, Jacques Velicovska.

She also said that they have found facts, but they have also received confirmation from teachers and children that religious teachings are offered there.

During this inspection, both children and their teachers have confirmed that religious rites (tex0).

During Thursday's JNK, it has managed to contact its representative through the official number posted on their Facebook account.

It has also told of the owner's name, which under the name turns out to be Albanian.

But in response to the newspaper's acceptance by the Macedonian Labour Ministry's spokeswoman, it is said that the garden is owned by an association.

“When the inspector of the State Labour Inspectorate requested documents of [the school-adorned house] work, he was told that the complete documentation has the owner of the Humanitarian Association “Mustafa Pasha”, who is Turkish citizen”, the spokesman for Macedonia's MPPS is said to be in response.

This is not even the only garden that offers teachings of Islam in Macedonia.

According to the teacher's words, this humanitarian organisation also had other objects of the same educational-addressive character, but it did not know where those targets are”, said Macedonia's MPPS spokeswoman.

The representative of this residence, which has not been introduced, has provided additional details for the Ynk Journal. In the city of Skopje, the Cair municipality in the garden “Bleta” could register the child from the age of 3 for a 50-euro amount per month.

She told about this garden's plan-program.

There are also lessons to believe in. But also exercise and recreation classes. The lesson of confidence is held on Friday, every week between 10 and 12”, she told Gazette.

Children are seen in videos scattered on the face of this garden on Facebook (covered girls and boys dressed in white cloaks) surrounding a cube that symbolizes the House.

Asked if a parent did not want to educate his child in a religious spirit, could she take him to that garden, the representative said that “can't, we're the religious garden”.

Meanwhile, in photos and videos published on this garden's Facebook page, it is seen that in the third generation of this garden, the two educators are covered, one completely covered with eyes (nicab).

The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy has made three-bed visits to Skopje Albanian neighbourhoods. The inspection was conducted by Inspectors of the Department for Inspection and Inspectors of the State Labour Inspectorate.

“The observation was made after the alarm for a pre-school child institution for which the ministry has not ruled and for which religious content [used] for child care and education was presented in the electronic media, the director of the Department for Public Relations at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies in Macedonia says in response.

In two other controlled locations, spokeswoman Velickovska said no child institution has been found and there have been no visible signs that childcare activity is under way.

“For the safety of children whose care is carried out in opposition to the law by the so-called humanitarian organisation, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs for what it saw will inform the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Science at the request that, under their competencies, examine the reasonableness, character and purposes of the humanitarian organisation”, spokeswoman Velicovska said.

The JNK also contacted the Ministry of Education in Macedonia to take a stand on them, but has failed to respond.

The paper has also contacted the City of Skopje, but they have said they have no competencies for providing work permits and pursuing activities in the kindergartens of children, because the city's municipalities have autonomous competencies.

The city of Skopje is Macedonia's special administrative unit, which consists of 10 municipalities.

“For state gardens as well as competent private gardens is the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, as well as the municipalities in the City of Skopje”, they say, in response.

And the Carir Community, in which this garden is located, has said it is not competent for children's garden licenses.

The license procedure is implemented by the Ministry for Labour and Social Policy, so please ask that your question on the case that you are willing to lead to the relevant ministry, which has the official evidence of public and private gardens for children and full legal competence for response in the event of the eventual disrespect of legal norms”, is said in the response of this municipality.

Sbel Halimi, sociologist, says children seen in the photos should learn 7 colors and develop their psycho-motoric skills and not be subjected to ideologies with nicotine educators.

Beyond religious curriculum, the disturbing fact that most children bear Arab names. So it's all started since the birth of”, she writes.

In addition, Halimi says the religious uncertainty of Albanians has produced serious problems with ethnicity in general.

What do you need these kids for, religious indoctrination? The possible reasoning that this is a private nest is unstable, because even this as those public is subject to the same law- to it for pre-school institutions. In countries that are nominally defined as non-religious, this claim conflicts not only with constitutionality but also with the social cohesion in which societies are generally shaped in this corner of the Balkans”, she says.

Halimi says that this is how the ideological circuit starts, where as a child, teaches the main principles of Islam, then when it's 12-13 years, starts covering, when it gets 18, radicalized and then radicalized, and others are, and the other is dangerous, foreign, and enemy.
