Krasniqi calls for Haradinaj review of the privatisations of companies he sold PDK

Kosovo Initiative National Council for Kosovo Chairman Jakup Krasniqi has asked the next government to look at all privatisation contracts, and with particular emphasis on what was profitable as: Ferronikli, Amortizator, Suhareka Balkans, Sharcemi, Distribution, and many other social and public enterprises. Krasniqi in a posted text [...]

Krasniqi has asked the future government to deal with the country's economic development in particular in a Facebook-posted text.

He has added six more points the future government must have priority over.

Here is Jakup Krasniqi's full post:

“D WHICH WHICH TOFED SUFFECTS FROM DIEW'S RENDY
FROM THE SERVANT CEVE

I consider that our intellectual and professional capacities have resulted in arguments and facts that political talks with Brussels' mediation between Kosovo and Serbia have been harmful to our country. There is no doubt, the next Kosovo government with urgency must deal with two political issues that have become an obstacle to many necessary actions in which to focus. In fact, not only do he deal with them but he also gives you the right solution! The country's development, the country's good governance, does not dare to remain hostage to two harmful political agreements, which the Kosovo Parliament must give the right solution on the basis of a national consensus. We all need to know that the state of sacrifice we have made, but we have not completed statehood. Therefore, the political responsibility of political parties and their leaders must be consistent with this reality.

1. Political talks held between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels, both in shape and in content (including the removal of all actors in those talks) have become necessary. Political talks with Brussels' mediation, on Kosovo's internal issues, on the issue of the Serb community must be halted, besides those issues that President Ahtisaari's document thoroughly addresses -- that is, the things we agreed on in Vienna's talks. For the April 19, 2013, agreement The Constitutional Court has ruled no less than 23 provisions of the Constitution are incompatible with the mentioned Brussels Agreement. Meanwhile, the Association of Serb majority municipalities should be functional only on the basis of the Albanian majority municipality Association Station. The Association Option reached in the Brussels Accords is unconstitutional, and as such it is not compatible even with the European Charter for decentralisation of local government and the comprehensive document for the Kosovo Final Status Election.

2. It is known that the Demarketing Agreement with Montenegro, by experts on various issues, has proved to be wrong. According to experts, Kosovo with that agreement has lost over 8,200 hectares of land. The evidence experts have provided is sufficient that the Kosovo Assembly, Ratification of that agreement should say no and then start new steps to move away with new agreements or arbitration. The future government should not drag on this political issue, which has for no reason left us hanging and conditioned for visa liberalisation.

3. As for economic development and foreign or domestic investment, it cannot be done without figuring out where we are. So first we must state: how much of the privatisation process in Kosovo (launched in UNMIK's time) helped the country's economic development? How criminalized was this process? Who took advantage of who lost? All privatisation contracts and special emphasis on what we were profitable as: Ferronikli, Amortizator, Suhareka Balkans, Sharcemi, the vast majority of other social and public enterprises. It also needs to be known why there was no investment in Kosovo during these years, who prevented them, and why? Why not invest in a new thermal plant when it is known that the coal sleeps beneath our soil and similar ones. Another issue requiring adequate solutions is underground wealth.

4. It is also necessary to state the situation in Kosovo Telecom. Who brought him in, and why? No doubt, the telecom is in crisis! So, are we taking consistent measures? Who should even take such measures? Conform the situation there, we must take adequate measures to restore the public's property! There should be no longer waiting for him to take appropriate measures to save that public enterprise from collapse where organized crime has brought it!

5. The situation is not even in Education and Health at all. Report PISA is the best indicator of the plight in this highly important segment for the country's future. Even these public systems need to be taken to make the right turn.

6. For the justice system, and especially for the State Prosecutor, nothing new will be added, as it is completely outside its constitutional and legal responsibility. Its depoliticisation and its functioning under the law of the Constitution are necessary. Although in better condition it is not even the Judiciary.
I am convinced that in all areas mentioned, the situation is so, because of the decision-making bodies of the major political parties that were in government and their leaders, who have been absent and lack the political will to govern for the better of citizens, and unfortunately this situation is continuing to this day. No doubt this situation has also been highly stimulated on the outside. This will is continuing after June 11, 2017! Here are daily news items that are of no use and nothing!

As it is seen, the whole issue is how to use political, professional, and scientific capacities to make accurate recordings of problems in the sectors mentioned, especially where we lack accurate findings! What is known is that medicine never cures the sufferer without correcting his diagnosis! We need to know exactly where we have problems, to create the right mechanisms, and to find the right people to solve problems.

The post-election crisis manifested in our political life, which is quite controversial, as if it planned to establish a comprehensive government to give the country's cobra a new orientation. Of course, there is no new orientation without reaching a consensus on man and issues that should be resolved in the comprehensive mandate of governance. So this sweeping government would also have to serve for the extension of political contradictions that have reached a high degree of political instability. Albanian politics, as well as that citizen, has to identify issues that are common, without denying anyone the right to preserve their political specifics.

Our policy, as it was and how it turned out, hardly has the necessary political, intellectual, national, and professional capacities to come to the right conclusion of where it should be walked in politics, economics, education, health, justice, and statehood!
