The surface coal reserves are running out of things that could cause power production cuts on KEK's part.

So this corporation has launched an emergency request to the Ministry of Environment for the extraction of certain properties.

While for problems that have been presented with expropriation in some countries, KEK is blaming institutions.

“Despite announcements and permanent alarms on KEK's part, due to the continued neglect of institutions (comparable spectators) in this area, we have had illegal activities of wild construction, not for living but for speculating purposes of profit. As a result of these actions, not only are we blocked by the process of shifting and risking production, but we also have direct damage to the legitimate inhabitants of the area. Furthermore, as a result of the failure to act on relevant inspectors (even though they had precise information), the illegal builders had free hands to act quietly, with cases being manipulated by legitimate residents, had not been allowed to record objects and access to entire neighbourhoods, until wild construction for profit purposes continued with an added momentum of” was said in the KEK statement.

KEK's departure has indicated that due to the break of work in opening the mine to the village of Shippitule, the reserves are already being spent.

“KEK is constantly analyzing the situation about the current reserves, but the deadline for their spending now depends solely on the expertise of institutions responsible for carrying out their tasks to unblock the situation and allow immediate access to the area designated for the development of the” is said in the statement.
