These three testified at the scene about how the execution of 24 family members and their neighbours on the route of the Farckers in Mitrovica on April 14, 1999.
Oliver Ivanov will be retried for this massacre.
Ivanovic's lawyer, Nebojsa Vlasic, has not spoken to the media, while the process of retrial of the former Serbian politician will begin in August of this year.
