The Istog municipality does not plan to enter from construction permits

The National Audition Office (ZKA) has found violations in auditing financial mirrors for 2016 as well as in the municipality of Istog and Cline.

According to audit reports, the biggest violations were committed in the Cline municipality, while in Istog violations were made mainly for the provision of municipal land in rented exploitation.

Istog's municipality has leased municipal agricultural land for farm exploitation, while renting land has been made contrary to regulation 23/2013 for determining delivery procedures in Exploitation and Exchange of the Community Property, thus bypassing the public auction, therefore competition and determining the price without being based on any regulations but without any provision, writes <x0Zer<18x1>.

“In the procurement plan handed over to the AQP, the municipality had not included the 3-year mobile phone service contract for municipal institutions, worth 54,640 euros. Also, this contract is signed without commitment to tools in SIMF. The municipality had envisioned the supply of 186 new book titles, with a total of 472 euros worth of the projected 3,000-euro contract. The cheaper bid was 4.471 euros, or 1,471 euros higher than the projected value of the contract, which makes all bids higher than anticipated value. This process has had to be annulled and re-conversed, while the municipality had reduced the amount contracted to reach 3,000 euros and had signed the” contract, the audience has estimated.

On the other hand, the Cline municipality had not planned to enter from construction permits and from vehicle registration taxes until it ran out of these types of revenues.
