In a Twitter response, Hoxhaj has said he expects the Trieste Summit to be held this week to bring more constructiveity on Serbia's part and no longer have obstacles like the last days.
Serbia has tried to block Kosovo into regional and international organisations. Hopefully the Trieste Summit will bring better will for regional co-operation”, Hoxhaj wrote.
During the past week alone, Kosovo delegations in three regional and international organisations and mechanisms have faced Serbian delegations because of Serbia's destructive behaviour by trying to block and exclude Kosovo.
