Geci at some point in his complaint even claims that the prosecution itself indirectly describes the case as necessary protection.

“Even the prosecution itself claims that the Court after making the verdict that the defendant has not acted in necessary protection has erred in rescinding as a murder contrary to Article 178 of the KKP. At this point the prosecution for the second time says indirectly that the defendant was closer to the necessary article 12 than Article 178. With my complaint against the high-trial act when I stressed the same conclusion that I have acted in the necessary conform protection under Article 12 of the KKP”, it is said to answer in complaint.

The 8-page document further states that the prosecution, not assessing the guilty and guilty evidence, has violated its guaranteed legal obligations even with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.

So once again we point out at the end that reprinting such writings at several ordered portals is part of an attempt to engage in justice and blackmail Gani Gecini, who is now making relentless efforts to bring justice to the country in his case but also in cases of killing friends and associates and other activists killed after the war in Kosovo.
